NQ64 Gift Card – Terms & Conditions
What it is
Your NQ64 Gift Card is redeemable for food, drinks, tokens and experiences at participating NQ64 venues in the UK (excluding any venues listed as exceptions on the gift-card site).
How to buy & deliver
• Available to buy online and in-venue.
• Delivered as an e-card via email or as a physical card when purchased in-venue.
• Treated like cash: once bought, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
When you can use it
• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Valid for same-day redemptions unless otherwise stated.
• Use it on tokens and drinks.
Balance & expiry
• Balance decreases as you spend.
• Any remaining balance expires after 12 months.
• Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
Where you can’t use it
• At any venue excluded from the programme (see gift-card site).
• It cannot be exchanged for cash or used toward previous purchases.
Refunds & exchanges
• Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged unless required by law.
• If you bought one in error, email hello@nq64.co.uk within 24 hours.
Use responsibly
• Cards obtained unlawfully or tampered with will be void.
• We may refuse redemption if misuse is suspected.
Changes
Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the card constitutes acceptance.

General Competition Rules
• Open to UK residents aged 18+.
• Not open to NQ64 employees or their immediate families.
• Entries must follow the instructions on the original post.
• NQ64 is not responsible for lost, delayed or hidden entries.
• Winners are chosen at random unless stated otherwise.
• Closing dates are as advertised; NQ64 may amend end dates.
• Winners will be contacted via the account used to enter. If we cannot reach you within the stated timeframe (usually 7–14 days), another winner may be selected.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash alternative.
• If a prize becomes unavailable, an alternative prize of equal value may be substituted.
• Incorrect or incomplete entries may be disqualified.
• By entering, you agree to share your contact details with NQ64 for administering the prize.
• Competitions are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook or Instagram.
